Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange non-personalized, non-custom-made, non-clearance, or non-special sale items (such as those during Eid, New Year, Christmas, White Friday, or Ramadan sales) within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees for exchanged items are the customer’s responsibility.
Deduction of Transaction Fees

Non-Returnable Items

Resolving Personalization Errors
If we make a mistake in personalizing your order, we will promptly send a replacement. However, we cannot replace items that were incorrectly personalized due to incorrect information provided by you.
